So what exactly is AMOK?
In simple terms it’s a day of kindness. No matter who you are or where you are in the world, we are inviting you to spend March 4th performing kind deeds for people in your local area or community.
That sounds fun! What do I need to do?
Put your thinking caps on. An act of kindness can be anything – from something simple, like helping a stranger carrying their shopping to the car, to the elaborate, like putting on a play for the patients at your local hospital. Nothing is too big or too small. All we ask is that you document it in some way so we can show off your deeds on our site and social media outlets.
